Do you hire remotely?
Yes. Most roles are remote or hybrid, with a clear scope and no micromanagement. Where on-site presence is needed, we say so upfront.
What if there is no matching opening right now?
Your application still counts: we keep a talent pool and come back to people when the right role appears.
Which languages do I need?
We work in English and Russian. Confident command of at least one is required; the second is a plus. Client-facing roles usually need both.
Do I need UAE experience?
Not necessarily. Knowing UAE VAT and Corporate Tax helps, but a solid accounting foundation matters more. We will teach the UAE specifics.
How fast do you reply?
