Management Reporting delivers your monthly financial statements — P&L, cash flow, dashboard. Fractional CFO uses those numbers to drive decisions: budget ownership, investor conversations, strategic planning, financial risk management. Reporting is data delivery; CFO is strategic ownership. What is the difference between advisory mode and project mode?

Advisory is an ongoing monthly retainer — we become your financial partner, attend key meetings and own the financial strategy alongside you. Project mode is a one-off engagement: you have a specific question, we answer it with a deliverable. Many clients start with a project and move to advisory once they see the value.

Do I need clean accounting before starting?

For project work — ideally yes, clean books make the analysis faster and more accurate. For advisory — we can run alongside your bookkeeping team or handle both. If the accounting is seriously behind, we fix that first or in parallel.

What does a monthly advisory session look like?

Typically 60–90 minutes: we review the month's numbers, flag risks and opportunities, discuss any strategic decisions on the table — funding, pricing, hiring, expansion — and agree on actions. Between sessions we are available for quick questions by message.

Do you join investor or bank meetings?

Yes. For advisory clients, we attend key meetings as your financial representative — presenting the numbers, defending the model and answering financial due diligence questions directly. This is one of the most valued parts of the advisory engagement.

What is the minimum advisory commitment?

Three months. Financial strategy requires continuity to deliver real value — a single session will not move the needle. After three months you can continue month-to-month or pause.

How are projects priced?

Fixed fee, agreed after a brief scoping call. Most projects fall in the AED 1,500–5,000 range. Complex financial models or full due diligence reviews are quoted individually. No hourly billing, ever.
