What is the difference between management reporting and financial accounting?
Financial accounting records transactions and produces statutory reports — primarily for tax and regulatory purposes. Management reporting transforms that data into analysis for decision-making: segment profitability, KPI trends, budget adherence, cash forecasts. We do both, using the same underlying data.
What reports do you deliver each month?
The standard package includes P&L statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and a budget vs actuals comparison. On top of that we build a custom owner's dashboard with the KPIs that matter to your business — margin, revenue by segment, receivables, cash runway.
Do you work with our existing accounting software?
Yes. We pull data from First Bit, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or Xero — whichever you use. We build the management layer on top and deliver reports in a format you can actually read.
How quickly do you deliver the monthly reports?
Reports are delivered by the 15th of the following month, provided all source data is available. If you need faster turnaround — for example by the 10th — we can discuss this as part of scope.
Can you report across multiple entities or currencies?
Yes. We handle multi-entity consolidation and multi-currency reporting. Common for UAE groups with entities in different free zones or across jurisdictions.
What if we have no budget or forecast set up yet?
We can build it. Setting up a budget or annual plan is part of the onboarding. Ongoing variance analysis then compares actuals to that plan.
What is the difference between management reporting and financial analytics?
Management reporting is the regular monthly picture: P&L, cash flow, dashboard — what happened and where the business stands.
